Provided that the Estoppel Certificate is delivered within ten (10) business days from receipt of a written or electronic request for an Estoppel Certificate from a Unit Owner or the Owner’s designee, or a Unit mortgagee or the Unit mortgagee’s designee, the established fee is:
$250.00 if the Unit is not delinquent in any monies owed to the Association.
An additional $150.00 if there are delinquent monies owed to the Association.
An additional $100.00 if the requestor asks for the Estoppel Certificate within three (3) business days.

The Brittany is currently undergoing a Garage Roof Waterproofing project. When complete, the grounds will be restored to their former beauty and all pavers will be replaced. In the past few years, a lot of other accomplishments have happened at the Brittany: All Roofs have been replaced on the Towers and Villas; the Swimming Pool and Spa have been resurfaced and the surrounding pavers have been replaced; the Pavilion Area has been enhanced with all new grills, awning, counter tops and expanded paver area; and the Cooling Towers have been replaced.
